VP, Commercial and Yard Systems and Controls

Winefreda Madarang serves as the Vice President for Commercial and Yard Systems and Controls for AG&P.  She also served as the Controller for AG&P from 1972 – 1989.  Prior to re-joining AG&P in 2006, Winnie served as the Chief Financial Officer and President of Express Telecommunication Company.  She has also worked as a Vice President for Pepsi Cola Products Philippines and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Asian Alcohol Corp.  Winnie completed her post-graduate studies in Economics at the University of Asia & the Pacific.  She received her degree in Accounting from the University of the East in 1970 where she graduated magna cum laude.  Winnie has received recognition and numerous awards for her achievements as an accountant including from the International Federation of Accountants, Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines and the Association of CPAs in Commerce and Industry.
