VP, Operations

Roberto Paglinawan ("Obet") serves as the Vice President for Operations for AG&P.  Since 1986, Obet has held positions at AG&P including Shop Engineer, Senior Engineer, Production Engineering and Control Department Head, Project Engineering Supervisor, Planning and Scheduling Supervisor, Project Control Manager, Yard Operations Manager and Assistant Vice President for Operations.  Obet has worked on projects for major AG&P clients including Fluor, BP, Saudi Aramco and Daewoo.  He has worked abroad in Angola, India and Singapore.  Obet received his degree in Civil Engineering from the Pablo Borbon Institute of Technology in 1985.  He has also completed extensive training in modular construction and prefabrication, strategic planning, management quality control and occupational health and safety.
