Lior Agam works as a Vice President in AG&P’s Corporate Group.  Prior to AG&P, Lior was a Vice President at PetroTiger in Bogota, Colombia, where he was the fourth person to join the team.  Lior was a key member of the acquisition team on three material deals, leading financial and business due diligence processes.  Prior to PetroTiger, Lior was a top-ranked analyst with Bear Stearns in New York in the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors Group.  Lior worked primarily with high-profile private equity clients on both the buy and sell-side and focused on detailed financial modeling, valuation and debt analyses for highly-leveraged transactions.  Originally from Los Angeles, Lior attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in Finance and minored in Classical Studies.
