Executive Chairman

Joseph Sigelman is AG&P's full-time Chairman, in addition to serving as a Director.  Before AG&P, Joe co-founded PetroTiger in 2007, co-leading the company until 2011.  PetroTiger grew to 2,500 professionals across Latin America (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica and Spain) focused on engineering and construction of major infrastructure projects across the energy, power and civil sectors as well as on the provision of petroleum production services.  Before this, in 1999, Joe co-founded OfficeTiger, which became a several thousand employee firm focused on the outsourcing of premedia, accounting, research and analytics for leading investment banks, law firms and large corporates from 42 global locations.  Joe served as OfficeTiger’s Co-Chief Executive Officer until its $250mm acquisition in 2006 by RR Donnelley (NYSE:RRD).  During a one-year transition period, Joe led OfficeTiger as Co-President.  He previously worked with Goldman Sachs International in London in the Whitehall Street Private Equity Funds.  He focused on real estate, service and healthcare investments throughout Europe.  Originally from New York City, Joe began his career with Lazard Frères.  Joe is a graduate with honors from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and The Harvard Business School.  The World Economic Forum in 2008 named Joe a Young Global Leader.  He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.  Business Week Magazine named him a 2006 Annual Star of Asia.  He has been featured numerous times in leading magazines, newspapers, on TV and in a feature-length documentary.
