EVP, Acquisitions and General Counsel

Gregory Weisman is AG&P’s Executive Vice President, Acquisitions and General Counsel.  Prior to joining AG&P, Greg served in a similar position with PetroTiger.  Before this, Greg served as General Counsel of OfficeTiger from 2003 until 2007, where he led the legal department and spearheaded strategic acquisitions, equity financing and the sale of OfficeTiger to R.R. Donnelley.  Before OfficeTiger, Greg practiced law as a mergers and acquisitions attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, New York and as a corporate attorney at Dechert LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Greg received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude and served on the Law Review.  He earned his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration where he graduated with High Distinction with a concentration in finance.
