OVERSEAS MANPOWER

For over 20 years AG&P’s award winning Overseas Manpower Division (OMD) has specialized and excelled in the provision of skilled personnel – experts in their crafts – to all corners of the globe.  Using our 7,000-person database, we are committed to providing clients with a custom-built, highly-qualified workforce.  From the deployment of a lone project manager to a complete working unit, AG&P provides the critical manpower our clients need to make their projects go.

Structure
OMD uses a corporate export scheme, under which AG&P professionals are sent to various companies around the world, while remaining AG&P employees.  A service contract formalizes the relationship between AG&P and our clients, employing manpower billing rates as the baseline for contracting.  This scheme allows AG&P to ensure only its best professionals are deployed and eliminates the need for client involvement in labor relations – AG&P handles everything from hiring, to disciplining to dismissals and handles all pre-deployment arrangements and orientations.

To ensure only the best professionals are deployed, overseas deployment works according to a prioritization system.   All prospective OMD personnel must gain a minimum of one year’s experience in our Heavy Fabrication yard before being considered for deployment abroad.  Once the requisite experience is reached, only those with a superior performance record will be selected.
