Quality Assurance/Quality Control


AG&P is dedicated to producing the highest-quality product possible on all projects.  Prior to execution, our highly-trained Quality Assurance professionals identify the specific requirements of our clients and develop a strict, documented audit program designed to guarantee the desired outcome (including subcontracted work).   During execution, our experienced QC professionals oversee all facets of the operation, with QA adding yet another level of oversight.  No product is dispatched without passing the required inspections and tests and without proper documentation duly signed by all authorized personnel. We take responsibility for our work up to and including project delivery.

 

Product identification, traceability, inspection and test status are performed using any combination of the following: markings, taggings, color coding and specific locations/records maintained throughout production and installation.  Nonconforming items are identified and documented in accordance with the established procedure. Items requiring urgent production and installation are identified and recorded on a positive recall in order to permit immediate recall reports and replacement if nonconformity is identified.

Corrective or preventive action is taken to eliminate the causes of actual or potential nonconformities to a degree appropriate to the magnitude of problems and commensurate with the risks encountered.
